2. Use of Services

  • Clients agree to use our recruitment services for lawful, professional purposes only.

  • Candidates agree that the information they provide (e.g., resumes, credentials) is accurate and current.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion if there is a violation of these terms.


3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate job descriptions, requirements, and timelines.

  • All hiring decisions are ultimately the responsibility of the client, even if candidates are presented by Jobancy.

  • Fees and payment terms must be honored according to the signed service agreement.


4. Candidate Responsibilities

  • Candidates must maintain the accuracy of their submitted information.

  • Jobancy does not guarantee job placement or employment offers.

  • Candidates must comply with all legal obligations and workplace conduct standards upon employment.


5. Fees and Payments

  • Fees are determined by the scope and type of recruitment service provided and are outlined in a separate agreement.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension.


6. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared business information, personal data, and recruitment processes.

  • Candidate data is shared only with client consent and in accordance with privacy laws.


7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (logos, text, graphics) is the intellectual property of Jobancy Hiring Solutions and may not be used without prior written consent.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • Jobancy is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from employment decisions, service delays, or third-party conduct.

  • We make no guarantees regarding candidate performance or employer actions.


9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with prior written notice, subject to the terms of the signed service agreement.


10. Governing Law
