Clients are responsible for providing accurate job descriptions, requirements, and timelines.
All hiring decisions are ultimately the responsibility of the client, even if candidates are presented by Jobancy.
Fees and payment terms must be honored according to the signed service agreement.
Candidates must maintain the accuracy of their submitted information.
Jobancy does not guarantee job placement or employment offers.
Candidates must comply with all legal obligations and workplace conduct standards upon employment.
Fees are determined by the scope and type of recruitment service provided and are outlined in a separate agreement.
Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared business information, personal data, and recruitment processes.
Candidate data is shared only with client consent and in accordance with privacy laws.
All content on our website (logos, text, graphics) is the intellectual property of Jobancy Hiring Solutions and may not be used without prior written consent.
Jobancy is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from employment decisions, service delays, or third-party conduct.
We make no guarantees regarding candidate performance or employer actions.
Either party may terminate services with prior written notice, subject to the terms of the signed service agreement.
