Cancellation & Refund Policy – Jobancy Hiring Solutions

At Jobancy Hiring Solutions, we strive to provide a transparent and fair approach to service cancellations and refunds. This policy outlines the conditions under which clients and candidates may cancel services and request refunds.


1. Applicability

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to:

  • Employers/Clients using our paid recruitment or hiring services

  • Candidates enrolled in any premium services (e.g., resume writing, career consultation, etc.)


2. Service Cancellation by Clients (Employers)

a. Before Recruitment Begins:

  • Clients may cancel a recruitment engagement within 48 hours of signing the agreement, provided work has not yet begun.

  • A full refund will be issued, minus any applicable administrative or processing fees.

b. After Work Has Commenced:

  • If sourcing or candidate outreach has begun, cancellation will incur a non-refundable processing fee equivalent to 25–50% of the agreed service fee (depending on stage of service).

  • Refunds for partially completed services are subject to management review and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.


3. Service Cancellation by Candidates (Job Seekers)

a. Paid Services (e.g., resume writing, coaching):

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of payment and before service delivery will receive a full refund.

  • After service initiation, partial refunds may be granted depending on work completed.

b. No Refunds for Completed Services:

  • Once a service (e.g., resume delivery, consultation session) is fully completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.


4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original method of payment.

  • Jobancy is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or external systems.


5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom recruitment packages after work initiation

  • Express or rush services

  • Administrative and processing fees

  • Subscription-based services after access/use


6. Cancellation by Jobancy

Jobancy Hiring Solutions reserves the right to cancel services or engagements if:

  • The client fails to provide required information or violates service terms

  • Misconduct, fraud, or misuse of our services is detected

In such cases, refunds may be withheld based on service stage and cause for termination.


7. Modifications to Policy

Jobancy may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
